In the current circumstance, robotization has transformed into an imperative bit of our life. Each and every one is completely dependent on motorization whether it be splendid packaging or home robotization. Directly bringing home automation into thought, everyone nowadays need an anomalous state security and our assignment on home robotization features, such kind of high security features at a totally reasonable expense with the objective that it could be overseen by anyone. By and by pondering intrusion area structure there are some included core interests. An Intrusion Detection System (IDS) is a structure that screens for suspicious action and issues cautions when such improvement is found. While peculiarity acknowledgment and uncovering is the basic limit, some interference disclosure structures are fit for taking exercises when poisonous development or bizarre activity is recognized.Nowadays, where everything will be modified and sensor and controller based it is the need of extraordinary significance to make any intrusion recognizable proof system to act normally sufficient in taking exercises and playing out the entire fundamental errand. Electronic security relates to using improvement in monitored holding by imagining unapproved access to individuals and property

Visual Servoing Approach for Autonomous UAV Landing on a Moving Vehicle

We present a method to autonomously land an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle on a moving vehicle with a circular (or elliptical) pattern on the top. A visual servoing controller approaches the ground vehicle using velocity commands calculated directly in image space. The control laws generate velocity commands in all three dimensions, eliminating the need for a separate height controller. The method has shown the ability to approach and land on the moving deck in simulation, indoor and outdoor environments, and compared to the other available methods, it has provided the fastest landing approach. It does not rely on additional external setup, such as RTK, motion capture system, ground station, offboard processing, or communication with the vehicle, and it requires only a minimal set of hardware and localization sensors. The videos and source codes can be accessed from http://theairlab.org/landing-on-vehicle.Comment: 24 page

On Feeding Business Systems with Linked Resources from the Web of Data

    Get PDF
Business systems that are fed with data from the Web of Data require transparent interoperability. The Linked Data principles establish that different resources that represent the same real-world entities must be linked for such purpose. Link rules are paramount to transparent interoperability since they produce the links between resources. State-of-the-art link rules are learnt by genetic programming and build on comparing the values of the attributes of the resources. Unfortunately, this approach falls short in cases in which resources have similar values for their attributes, but represent different real-world entities. In this paper, we present a proposal that leverages a genetic programming that learns link rules and an ad-hoc filtering technique that boosts them to decide whether the links that they produce must be selected or not. Our analysis of the literature reveals that our approach is novel and our experimental analysis confirms that it helps improve the F1 score by increasing precision without a significant penalty on recall.Ministerio de EconomĂa y Competitividad TIN2013-40848-RMinisterio de EconomĂa y Competitividad TIN2016- 75394-

Discovery of error-tolerant biclusters from noisy gene expression data

    Get PDF
An important analysis performed on microarray gene-expression data is to discover biclusters, which denote groups of genes that are coherently expressed for a subset of conditions. Various biclustering algorithms have been proposed to find different types of biclusters from these real-valued gene-expression data sets. However, these algorithms suffer from several limitations such as inability to explicitly handle errors/noise in the data; difficulty in discovering small bicliusters due to their top-down approach; inability of some of the approaches to find overlapping biclusters, which is crucial as many genes participate in multiple biological processes. Association pattern mining also produce biclusters as their result and can naturally address some of these limitations. However, traditional association mining only finds exact biclusters, whic

Canagliflozin and renal outcomes in type 2 diabetes and nephropathy

    Get PDF
BACKGROUND Type 2 diabetes mellitus is the leading cause of kidney failure worldwide, but few effective long-term treatments are available. In cardiovascular trials of inhibitors of sodium–glucose cotransporter 2 (SGLT2), exploratory results have suggested that such drugs may improve renal outcomes in patients with type 2 diabetes. METHODS In this double-blind, randomized trial, we assigned patients with type 2 diabetes and albuminuric chronic kidney disease to receive canagliflozin, an oral SGLT2 inhibitor, at a dose of 100 mg daily or placebo. All the patients had an estimated glomerular filtration rate (GFR) of 30 to <90 ml per minute per 1.73 m2 of body-surface area and albuminuria (ratio of albumin [mg] to creatinine [g], >300 to 5000) and were treated with renin–angiotensin system blockade. The primary outcome was a composite of end-stage kidney disease (dialysis, transplantation, or a sustained estimated GFR of <15 ml per minute per 1.73 m2), a doubling of the serum creatinine level, or death from renal or cardiovascular causes. Prespecified secondary outcomes were tested hierarchically. RESULTS The trial was stopped early after a planned interim analysis on the recommendation of the data and safety monitoring committee. At that time, 4401 patients had undergone randomization, with a median follow-up of 2.62 years. The relative risk of the primary outcome was 30% lower in the canagliflozin group than in the placebo group, with event rates of 43.2 and 61.2 per 1000 patient-years, respectively (hazard ratio, 0.70; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.59 to 0.82; P=0.00001). The relative risk of the renal-specific composite of end-stage kidney disease, a doubling of the creatinine level, or death from renal causes was lower by 34% (hazard ratio, 0.66; 95% CI, 0.53 to 0.81; P<0.001), and the relative risk of end-stage kidney disease was lower by 32% (hazard ratio, 0.68; 95% CI, 0.54 to 0.86; P=0.002). The canagliflozin group also had a lower risk of cardiovascular death, myocardial infarction, or stroke (hazard ratio, 0.80; 95% CI, 0.67 to 0.95; P=0.01) and hospitalization for heart failure (hazard ratio, 0.61; 95% CI, 0.47 to 0.80; P<0.001). There were no significant differences in rates of amputation or fracture. CONCLUSIONS In patients with type 2 diabetes and kidney disease, the risk of kidney failure and cardiovascular events was lower in the canagliflozin group than in the placebo group at a median follow-up of 2.62 years

Many times, the Human being is having the most deplorable ignorance about his own being. It usually remains in ‘Aatmik Abodhita’ or ignorance about Soul in men. i.e. at one hand, they don’t posses any desire at all to get true knowledge about their soul and on other hand their own various pleasure-seeking low-love produce in their soul intense soul darkness. This type of examining your ideas could not give good evidence. Scientist are working on behaviorism .They got success about rats and pigeons but had less success at understanding human beings. The paper is an effort to deal with Swarm Intelligent technique to deal with optimized method of development of noble life in the perspective of Indian scientific philosophy and psychology
